I have a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Communication, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration. Since 2018, I've partnered with leaders to improve business outcomes through talent development, creative work, and trust.
I've designed training for over 15,000 people and worked with multiple founders navigating rapid growth. I've given presentations to clinical leaders on neurodivergence and mental health in the workplace, and I'm certified in Essential Facilitation.

My passion is to bring insight and calm to those around me so they can heal and grow forward - It's my 'default mode'.
At work, this means advising leaders to make solid decisions about talent development, learning, and strategy.
It means building programs that help teams perform and communicate with confidence.
It also means creating training that shifts organizational behavior for the better.
Outside of work, I'm deeply involved with my community and church. Most of all, I'm grateful I have my brilliant, neurodivergent family to care for.
I also love traveling, great sci-fi, singing, exceptional coffee, and stinky old world reds.
